Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Insurance CSR to join a team in Dothan, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for answering the phones, processing policies, and various data-entry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about helping others protect their assets. Pay will start at $16.83 per hour and you will work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm. They also offer 100% paid healthcare, PTO, and a 401k plan w/company match!
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry and possess excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
Proficiency in computerized systems and data entry is essential for this position.
The ability to analyze data and communicate effectively with clients is also critical.
High school Diploma/GED
