Job Description
Are you passionate about driving business growth and forging strong relationships? We’re seeking a dynamic Commercial Lender to expand and manage the commercial portfolio, including loans, deposits, and treasury management services for a financial institution in both Dothan and Enterprise, AL. They offer an excellent benefits package and competitive starting salary between $90,000 - $110,000 per year!

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage a diverse commercial portfolio, achieving sales targets and driving loan and deposit growth.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with business clients and community professionals to enhance acquisition and retention.
- Analyze financial data to deliver tailored financial solutions and resolve any underperforming loans.
- Represent the financial institution at community and civic events, promoting their services and values.
- Collaborate with branch staff to meet business clients’ needs and provide exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial lending experience preferred.
- Proven business development skills and a knack for outbound sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Finance.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on professionalism and ethics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain a positive community image.
- Knowledge of commercial banking products, BSA/OFAC compliance, and effective time management.
