Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Lender to drive the growth of their commercial portfolio within assigned markets for a credit union in Enterprise, AL. This role focuses on loan, deposit, and treasury management growth, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships to acquire and retain business members. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations to protect credit union assets and represent the credit union at community and civic events. Commissions can start being earned immediately and are paid quarterly!

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage the commercial portfolio, including loans, deposits, fee income, and treasury management products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for portfolio growth.
- Analyze financial data and provide tailored solutions to business members.
- Leverage existing relationships to identify new opportunities.
- Build COI relationships with professionals (CPAs, attorneys, realtors) to expand the portfolio.
- Resolve underperforming loans and conduct annual portfolio reviews.
- Collaborate with branch staff to meet business member needs and cross-refer products.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial lending experience preferred.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Commercial lending certification or training preferred.
