Job Description
Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Traveling Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This position does require relocating to Dothan, AL and relocation assistance is available. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, a firm knowledge of multiple roofing systems and their installation practices, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage various trades and subcontractors effectively.DutiesSupervising the completion of multiple roofing projects from beginning to endVisiting job sites daily to include Military Bases and Government FacilitiesTracking LaborInspecting roofing systems to ensure warranty and client satisfactionProviding clear communication with co-workers, clients, and supervisorsTravel Schedule 17 days out and 4 days at homeClimbing on Ladders, and lifting at least fifty poundsInstallation of roofing systems to include BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low -slope roofing systems, sheet metal, metal roofing and retrofit framing.
