Job Description
Leading materials supplier has an immediate opening for a Commercial Sales Coordinator in Dothan, AL.
Pay will start at $17.00 per hour with a full benefits package offered!
Duties:
Provide general sales support to ensure timely and effective customer service
Prepare quotes, process customer orders, issue purchase orders and purchase materials
Ensure on time delivery of orders
Receive incoming client requests
Process credits and material return requests
Serve as liaison between delivery team, sales team and the client
Generate and monitor sub-contractor agreements
Provide administrative support to include coordinating conference calls, reconciling PO's, generating reports and other duties as assigned
Skills:
High school diploma/GED
3+ years of administrative experience
Prior work with AIA contracts
Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite
Must have strong knowledge of office terminology and strong technical skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong organizational skills
