Job Description
Construction Estimator & Coordinator - Direct Hire75K-90K
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and related documents
• Perform material takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing and value engineering
• Support pre-construction planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Track permit applications and approvals across AL, GA, TN, and NC
• Conduct site visits, including short-notice travel
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project transitions
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
