Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join the team of a leading company in the Dothan, AL area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in building supply or construction related sales. Your base pay is based on your experience with great commission opportunities! Territory currently ranges from Montgomery to Panama City, FL so willingness to travel is a must!
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Analyze sales data to drive business growth
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or building supply sales
- Strong ability to market and sell products effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and data
- Account management skills with a focus on customer retention
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
