Position Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to support cost analysis, inventory accuracy, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product costing, analyzing variances, and ensuring the integrity of cost-related financial data. The position works closely with operations and finance teams to improve efficiency, support month-end close activities, and identify opportunities for process and cost improvements.

Duties
- Maintain and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
- Analyze cost variances and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile inventory accounts
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and reporting
- Collaborate with operations to improve costing and inventory processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
