Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on production costs and variances
- Prepare and maintain cost accounting records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve cost efficiency
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
