Are you looking for a career change? A Crematory Operator provides cremation services for a funeral home or crematorium.The Crematory Operator is responsible for all aspects of the cremation process. Must operate the cremation equipment/maintaining all equipment in a safe and careful manner. Other duties would include documentation, processing and packaging, cleaning, stocking inventory and ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. The position is highly labor intensive and working beyond "standard" hours as the need arises is a must. This position requires a high level of attention to detail/accuracy, efficiency and the ability to follow directions. The position is highly labor intensive. Moderate odors, dust or fumes may cause discomfort and / or irritation to eyes. Must have the ability to show respect and sensitivity toward client families. This is a 40 hour week, working 4 days and having 3 days off during the week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. First shift position with flexibility. What are you waiting for? Apply now!
