Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Customer Accounts Coordinator at a local retail store in Dothan, AL. This position offers the opportunity to engage with diverse clientele and showcase your customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of band instruments.
Pay will start at $15.00 per hour and the store is open Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 5:30pm. If you work a Saturday then you will get a day off during the week.

- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
Customer Accounts Coordinator Skills:
- Experience with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
- Excellent phone etiquette skills to provide top-notch customer service over the phone
- Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience is preferred
