Pay: $13.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and customers
- Perform data entry related to shipping and order documentation
- Enter, scan, and organize shipping documents into company systems
- File and maintain paperwork both digitally and physically
- Ensure shipping records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Provide general customer support related to shipment coordination
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
