Job Description
Are you looking for some extra income or just something temporary to fill your time? We have an immediate opening for a Seasonal CSR at a well established manufacturing company in Dothan, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls/ emails/ other internet inquiries from existing and potential customers.This position offers pay ranging between $15.00 per hour and will be working a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. This is a temporary position that starts in August and will last until approximately December.Job Description:
- Suggestively sell to the customer’s interest level by recommendation
- Verify existing customer account information and enter orders into the system
- Check orders thoroughly for accuracy, review orders with the customer, and submit orders for fulfillment
- Email/fax order conformations and follow up for on-hold orders by telephone call, fax or email
- Competent computer, typing, and grammar skills
- Customer service oriented is a MUST
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
