Pay: $15–$18 per hour
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers, perform data entry, and support general office tasks.
Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers, perform data entry, and support general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Use Excel for tracking and basic reporting
- Complete general clerical duties (filing, scanning, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong data entry and Excel skills
- Organized with good communication skills
