Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, resolve issues, and serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate order status, pricing, availability, and delivery updates.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, shortages, and quality issues.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, reports, and service metrics.
- Support invoicing, inventory coordination, and special projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or related experience.
- Manufacturing or B2B experience preferred.
- ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Pay: $15-$17/hour, based on experience.
