Job Description
Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for 2 Customer Service Representatives in Dothan, AL. If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.The full time position offers a schedule of Monday- Friday 6am-2pm and pays $14-15/hour. The part time opening will work a schedule of 7am-7pm or 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday and pays $13/hour.Responsibilities:
- Take incoming phone and radio calls and address walk-in customer needs
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Some light housekeeping/restocking of supplies
- Billing for customer purchases, filing documents and data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Prior experience with purchase orders and bookkeeping is needed
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
