Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Support professional to provide administrative assistance to our Customer Service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer skills, and enjoys supporting a team to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mail fabric samples, handouts, and other materials.
- Assist with order revisions to help streamline processes.
- Maintain and organize all electronic filing.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the department.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible attitude with a willingness to assist where needed.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Additional Information
- Candidates must complete a Data Entry assessment.
- Employees may use their own name on communications, except when handling confidential orders.
- Pay: $15/hour
