Customer Service Representative NEEDED in Eufaula!!

Job Description
Personnel Resources is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative in Eufaula, Alabama to provide technical support for a leading company. Candidates must have flexible availability as shifts will vary every 8 weeks. Shifts range from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9:30 am-6:30 pm. These positions will last until around August but could have the potential of becoming long term. Candidates must also be available to work some Saturdays as needed. Next training date starts on February 27, 2023
Job duties include:
Working with customers to troubleshoot equipment, provide technical support
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
Must have strong customer service skills
