Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client immediately hiring for a Customer Service Team Lead in Dothan, AL. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
Pay ranges between $13.00 - $17.00 per hour and will work a Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm schedule.

Duties:
- Supervising and leading a team of customer service representatives
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure quality service deliver
- Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Conducting regular team meetings to communicate updates and provide training
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- High school diploma/GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent computer skills are required
