Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Support Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be professional, calm under pressure, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and problem-solving ability
- Professional, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate service information
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and service modifications
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Coordinate with dispatch and track service delays
- Maintain record and share feedback to improve customer experience
Schedule: 4PM-12:30AM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18/hour
