Job Description
Are you looking to join a team and be part of a dynamic retail environment where your customer service skills shine? We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a team in Enterprise, AL for a local retailer. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive experience for the customers.
Pay will start at $11.00 per hour and they do provide you with your uniform shirt. The store is open Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm and Saturday 9am-3pm. You must be flexible to work any hours within this schedule. They also offer 7 paid holidays and a 401k plan for retirement!
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with dropping off their packages and printing documents
- Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Provide product information and assist with questions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
