Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Collections Agent in Dothan, AL for a local attorney's office. This person will work with debtors on a daily basis to obtain payment on delinquent accounts or work with the debtor to negotiate a payment plan. This position pays $15 per hour and will work a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.Duties:
- Making collection calls to coordinate payment or determine a suitable plan for repayment
- Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Multi-tasking while speaking with debtors as well as clients
- Prior experience in collections or sales is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiar with basic computer software
- Strong verbal and negotiation skills
