Job Description
Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for an experienced Dental Insurance Payment Poster. This is a part-time position supporting a well established dental clinic in Dothan. This position will work approximately 16 hours weekly, 2 days per week. Job Duties:
- Post payments and claim estimates for the practice
- Troubleshoot issues related to insurance payments
- AR and insurance coordination
- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims
- HS Diploma/GED
- Must have prior dental insurance claim processing experience, medical experience may be accepted in lieu of dental
- Strong technical ability
- Ability to communicate well with insurance companies, patients and internal staff
