Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Salary: Up to $60,000
Schedule: work a rotating 2-2-3-2 schedule, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for days and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for nights.
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Production Supervisor position will provide leadership for shift operations, ensuring production, quality, efficiency, and safety goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shift team and maintain clear communication
- Improve quality, production, and reduce waste/scrap
- Meet production, efficiency, and budget targets
- Support preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure safety standards and housekeeping compliance
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling support
- Coordinate with other departments and support product development
- Mentor team members and support company initiatives
