Machine Shop Supervisor
Job Description
Personnel Resources is seeking a Direct Hire Electrical Technician to support a manufacturing team. This role involves building, wiring, and troubleshooting low-voltage electrical panels for production and R&D, with occasional travel for installation, startup, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and wire electrical panels from drawings and schematics
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams
- Assist with machine startup and ensure proper operation
- Support R&D fabrication, testing, and equipment setup
Qualifications:
- Experience with panel assembly and electrical diagrams
- Knowledge of low-voltage AC/DC systems and troubleshooting
- Basic fabrication and computer skills
- Willingness to learn, travel, and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Electrical/mechanical certifications
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and related equipment
- Experience operating heavy equipment
