We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage core financial operations and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Maintain financial records and reporting using QuickBooks
- Perform monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting and account reconciliations
- Complete branch reconciliations and support month-end close processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of payroll, AR, and AP processes
