Personnel Resources has immediate openings for Engineers (Civil or Mechanical) in Jackson, AL. This is for a leading company that produces concrete, limestone, gravel and sand. You will work as an engineer to provide plans and adjustments for all of their seven locations.

This position offers a salary ranging between $70,000 - $80,000 per year and will be working a Monday-Friday day time schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Required. Mechanical or Civil Engineering Preferred.
• Recent grads encouraged to apply.
• Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment
• Ability to complete necessary mathematical equations and have knowledge of basic algebra, plain geometry and trigonometry
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office programs, use of AutoCAD software, and web-based programs
• Designs mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.
• Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
• Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and system capabilities; and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; and requesting special services.
• Will consider internship opportunities as well.
