Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative/ Sales Assistant to join our operations teams. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-up, and accurate documentation as well as taking calls to assist customers with sales needs. Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales/operations team
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports
  • Coordinate communication between customers and sales representatives
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Help organize sales materials and promotional content
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of inside sales or sales support experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer savvy,comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Offic
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
This position offers a Monday- Friday 8-5 schedule with full benefits package offered. This will be an hourly position paying $16-$20 an hour BOE.
