Position Summary
The Call Center Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate, efficient, and professional service. This role resolves inquiries, performs account-related transactions, and supports daily call center operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, provide account information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Research and correct account errors and documentation discrepancies.
- Perform account maintenance and assist with electronic services.
- Promote products and services to meet customer needs.
- Complete required reports and support team operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years call center experience required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient computer, math, and basic bookkeeping skills.
- Ability to manage high call volume (75+ calls per day) with professionalism and strong work ethic.
