Personnel Resources is immediately recruiting for a direct hire position as a Drafting Manager at a local manufacturer in Hartford, AL.
Pay will start between $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on your experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple employees, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Conduct regular project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Evaluate project performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary
- 10+ years experience in a related role is required
- Proficiency in NavisWorks, Mechanical design, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, 2D animation, build, CAD, Schematics, SolidWorks
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
