Job Description
We are looking to hire a Driver Qualification Clerk for a local transportation company in the Dothan, AL area! The ideal candidates will need to have good technical/compliance/software skills so they can manage the DOT compliance and tracking component, and have great communication skills in person as well as over the phone.
This position offers pay starting at $12.00 per hour and will be working a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Job Duties & Requirements:
- Will need to be able to talk drivers through the online and paper processes both remotely and face-to-face and help them understand technology that they are resistant to using.
- Will need to be comfortable using Excel and be able to learn and use a variety of other software systems used for tracking and sourcing data
- Will need to learn and be comfortable learning DOT/FMCSA driver qualification regulations and applying those regulations to the information they get for criminal backgrounds, medical exams, and other application components
- High School Diploma/GED
