Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
Personnel Resources is currently hiring a dependable and detail-focused Driver Qualification & Compliance Clerk to support driver onboarding and regulatory compliance efforts for a well-established company. This position plays a key role in guiding drivers through the qualification process while ensuring all documentation meets DOT and FMCSA standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service abilities with technical and compliance skills and feel comfortable working with both people and data systems.

This position plays a key role in guiding drivers through the qualification process while ensuring all documentation meets DOT and FMCSA standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service abilities with technical and compliance skills and feel comfortable working with both people and data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with qualification paperwork (online and in person)
- Explain requirements and provide basic technical support
- Create and maintain driver qualification files
- Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Review MVRs, background checks, and medical records
- Track license and medical expirations
- Enter and manage data in Excel and internal systems
- Communicate with drivers and internal staff to resolve issues
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Accurate data entry with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new systems
- Ability to understand and apply DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
