Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead K3 Preschool Teacher to join a vibrant team at a church daycare in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with young children and a degree in education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is preferred. This role involves creating a nurturing and educational environment for preschool-aged children, while leading a dynamic classroom and supporting spiritual and academic growth.
Pay & Benefits:
- $10/hr +
- PTO & holidays
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 12pm (part-time) and Monday-Friday 7am- 5:15 pm (full-time)
Preschool Teacher Qualifications:
- Prior experience teaching preschool-aged children
- High school diploma/GED required; Degree in Education or CDA preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Passion for working with children in a faith-based setting
