Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee commercial electrical projects in the Dothan, AL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reading blueprints, managing a team of technicians, and handling primarily commercial projects with some residential work.

Benefits:

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage electrical teams on commercial job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution
  • Oversee and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work
  • Manage some residential projects as needed
  • Maintain a company vehicle (drive home)

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical supervision (commercial focus)
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Must be able to get clearance to be on Ft. Novosel
