Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee commercial electrical projects in the Dothan, AL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reading blueprints, managing a team of technicians, and handling primarily commercial projects with some residential work.

Benefits:

Weekly salary: $900 - $1,200
Bonus potential
Company vehicle provided

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage electrical teams on commercial job sites
Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution
Oversee and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work
Manage some residential projects as needed
Maintain a company vehicle (drive home)

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

Proven experience in electrical supervision (commercial focus)
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong leadership and team management skills
Must be able to get clearance to be on Ft. Novosel
