Estimator/Project Manger
Job Description
Personnel Resources is searching for a Commercial Roofing Estimator. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of estimates and quotes for various commercial customers and working with projects from inception to completion.
This position requires experience and offers pay based on your experience and 75% travel will be required to potential job sites.
Job Description:
- Will need to be on the job sites to measure time, labor, and material needs
- Prepare finished estimates and quotes for customers
- Interact with customers and maintain excellent relationships
Job Requirements and Skills Set:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Construction, Management, or a similar field or 5 years experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to read construction specs
- Experience with AutoCAD and some drafting skills
- Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Good personality with a sales background
