Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for events? Join a dynamic team as an Event Planning Assistant, where you’ll play a crucial role in bringing unforgettable experiences to life for a company in Dothan, AL! You would be working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with some limited travel required for certain events. Pay would start between $32,000 - $35,000 per year but can change based on your prior experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the Voice: Provide exceptional administrative support by responding to attendee calls and emails, ensuring every inquiry is met with enthusiasm and efficiency.
  • Support the Team: Assist the Logistics and Programming Managers with high-volume administrative tasks, including gathering headshots, bios, and managing extensive call lists.
  • Organize and Coordinate: Schedule meetings and process invoices, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Document and Assist: Take detailed meeting notes and help with various documentation tasks, contributing to the seamless execution of the events.
