Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the team at a growing medical office in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the executive team to ensure efficient operation of the office. Pay will range between $55,000 - $65,000 per year and will work a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule. They offer an excellent benefits package including comprehensive health insurance, PTO, and a 401k plan!
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Experience in data entry and order entry is a plus
Previous experience in an office or front desk setting preferred
Knowledge of medical office operations is advantageous
Proven ability to work as a personal assistant or in an administrative role
