Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for managing and resolving high-priority moving claims for VIP clients, ensuring that all claims are handled with utmost care and attention. The ideal candidate must have the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism as they will be working directly under senior management.
Pay will be $18.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

- Manage and resolve high-priority moving claims from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders regarding the status of claims.
- Review and evaluate documentation related to claims, including invoices, contracts, and receipts.
- Investigate claims to ensure that they are legitimate and assess the amount of compensation required.
- Negotiate settlements with customers and insurance companies to resolve claims.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that they are satisfied with the claims resolution process.
- Provide regular updates to management and other stakeholders regarding the status of claims.
- Monitor claims trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure that all claims are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
