Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a team, specializing in family, probate and criminal law in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in case management and contract management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of real estate contracts and closing documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule real estate closings.
  • Communicate with clients, title companies, and lenders.
  • Conduct title searches and resolve title issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management and family law
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
