Facilities Technician
Job Description
Personnel Resources has a local business immediately hiring for a Facilities Technician in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and care of the grounds, ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment.
Pay will range between $14.00 - $17.00 per hour and will work a Monday - Friday schedule. Hours can be part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities:
Perform landscape maintenance tasks
Use hand tools and power tools for groundskeeping and maintenance duties
Conduct routine lawn care activities
Keep outdoor areas neat and tidy
Basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs etc
Set up and tear down meeting rooms as needed
Daily cleaning of the common areas such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
