Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for Welder Fitter. In this role, you will be responsible for who can fit and assemble parts and subassemblies to fabricate production machines and other equipment. This will be a Try-Hire role in Dothan, AL.

Welder Fitter Job Description:

• Weld parts to beams according to drawings
• fit and assemble parts and subassemblies to fabricate production machines and other equipment
• Review schematics to ensure you have the proper equipment and materials
• Follow all safety protocols and clean up your workspace upon completion

Welder Fitter Job Requirements and Skills Set:

• Must have structural welding experience
• Must have welding experience
• Must have the ability to work in a non climate controlled environment
• Must have the ability to lift extremely heavy raw materials
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints

Work Schedule:

Workdays & Work Hours: Monday-Thursday: 6am-4:30pm; Friday: 6am-3:30pm

***Schedule fluctuates based on work load***

Pay Rate:

$14+
