Job description:
We’re seeking an experienced Line Cook with a strong background in grilling to join a kitchen team in Dothan, AL. Ideal candidates will be skilled in cooking on the grill, following recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized station. Flexibility is key, as you’ll also assist with prep work and washing dishes when needed to support the team. Position pay is $11-$12/ hour based on experience. You must be flexible to work within the hours of 11am - 9pm Monday - Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Run the grill station efficiently and consistently
- Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service demands
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook, with grill experience a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to help with dishes and prep work as required
- A working phone number, email address, and dependable transportation
