Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical office team. The ideal candidate is friendly, is people-oriented, and able to multi-task in a high traffic office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones and assist patients
- Maintain a friendly, professional front desk
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using a computer and answering phones
- Medical office, front desk, scheduling, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
No weekends!
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
No weekends!
Pay: $15–$16/hour based on experience
