Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to support our sales team with daily administrative tasks, communication, and document management.
Key Responsibilities
-Receive, sort, and organize bid invitations.
-Answer phones and greet walk-in visitors professionally.
-Prepare and respond to emails with customers and prospects.
-Use Microsoft Word and Outlook; learn additional software as needed.
-Download drawing files from email and upload documents to Dropbox.
-Organize company information and files using shared drives and folders.
-Maintain accurate and organized records.
Qualifications
-Strong written communication and spelling skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Comfortable learning new software and technology.
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
-Professional and friendly communication skills.
-Self-motivated and takes initiative—able to learn quickly and work independently without needing the same instructions repeated.
-Prior office, sales, or construction experience is a plus.
Pay: $15/hour
