Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, applicants, vendors, and visitors. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and applicants.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and take messages.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with forms, document submission, filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain the reception area and update social media platforms.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of customer service, reception, or office experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must have WordPress experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Experience in public housing, property management, or government offices and bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
