We are Hiring!!!
Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for a Switchboard Operator at a local medical office. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, filing paperwork, and performing all tasks with great customer service. This will be a Try-Hire role in Dothan, Alabama.
Job Description:
- Will be answering phones
- Assisting patients over the phone
- Typing and organizing paperwork
- Scanning, filing, and faxing paperwork
Job Requirements and Skills Set:
- Must have great customer service skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Must be dependable with good attendance
- Good phone etiquette
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday 8am - 5pm
- Friday 8am - 12pm
Pay Rate:
- $11-$12/hr
