We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join an in-house creative team for a company in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, artistic vision, and a collaborative mindset to create compelling designs that align with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to meet project objectives
• Develop brand assets such as logos, icons, infographics, and templates
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all channels
• Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print, ensuring technical specifications are met
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) preferred
• Familiarity with color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Basic understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS preferred
• Strong photo editing and retouching skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects
