Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for an HR Assistant in Dothan, AL.
Pay will start at $14.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm and Friday 7am-11am schedule.
Responsibilities:
Pay will start at $14.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm and Friday 7am-11am schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating candidate screenings.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
- Proven experience in an HR assistant or similar role.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
