Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join a dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay rate is $17-19 per hour, based on experience.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join a dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay rate is $17-19 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and placing temporary work orders
- Schedule interviews, generate offers and provide support through the onboarding process
- Maintain HR Matrix for all full time and temporary labor force
- Generate attendance reports
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Maintain records using HRIS System
- Assist the payroll process
Skills
- Must have 1-3 years HR related experience
- An Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred
- Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Kronos is preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills and communication ability
- Must be highly organized and able to meet deadlines
