Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join a team in Dothan, AL. This role will focus on HR benefits administration, including reconciling month-end voluntary benefits billing for vendors and assisting associates with enrollment into benefit plans within the HRIS system. Additional HR tasks will be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile month-end voluntary benefits billing for various vendors.
Assist associates with enrollments into benefit plans within the HRIS system.
Perform other general HR duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous HR experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems is a plus.

Compensation:

$16/hr
